House, Driveway, and Patio Cleaning in Concord, NC
For this project, we did a house soft wash, driveway and patio cleaning along with rust removal from the siding on the chimney area. For the soft wash, we applied a biodegradable solution with low pressure to remove all the organic buildup, dirt and cobwebs. For the driveway and patio area, we applied a pre treatment to help remove all the organic build up then cleaned the areas with a 20 inch surface cleaner to make all surfaces perfectly uniform and clean. We then applied a post treatment to help prevent future pre mature organic growth. For the rust stains, we used oxalic acid and scrub with a light brush and rinsed the rust away.
