House Softwash, Roof Softwash and Gutter Clean in Sherrills Ford, NC
For this project, the home owner was preparing to sell his property and was looking to spruce it up before it was listed. We soft washed the hardie board siding using a biodegradable solution to remove all the organic matter, dirt and cobwebs from the home. Next we did a gutter cleaning to prevent any water damage from overflowing gutters. After the gutter cleaning, we flushed the gutters and downspouts to ensure proper flow. For the last part of the project, we cleaned the algae (black streaks) from the roof by applying a solution using low pressure pumps to remove the algae. This treatment restored the roof to its original color which enhanced the curb appeal and lengthened the life of the roof.
