Roof Wash and Driveway Cleaning Mooresville, NC
For this project, we did a driveway cleaning, roof cleaning and patio cleaning for this beautiful lake home in Mooresville NC. To start, we pre treated the driveway with a biodegradable solution to remove all the organic matter. We then used a surface cleaner to remove all the dirt and stains. Next, we applied a biodegradable solution for the roof cleaning. This solution was applied using low pressure pumps to prevent any damage to the shingles. This soft wash solution is recommended by all major shingle manufactures and kills all the algae that eats on the limestone in the shingles. After the treatment, the shingles are brought back to their original color which restores curb appeal and lengthens the life of the shingles. Lastly, we cleaned the rear patio using a cleaning solution and pressure washer.
